Job summary

Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive KPI performance, and coach a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role emphasizes staff scheduling, safety compliance, and inventory/cash controls while maintaining a professional, customer-focused storefront environment. A driver’s license is required, and automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5–7 years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or service-center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPI targets and company goals.
• Ensure every technician is SafeTech™ certified and maintains quality installs/repairs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle/equipment maintenance and recordkeeping; collaborate with marketing for materials display.
• Deliver world-class customer service by addressing client complaints and warranty issues.
