Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, ensuring quality service and a memorable customer experience.

You will oversee staffing, cash/expense management, inventory control, safety and store appearance, while driving KPI targets such as NPS and time to serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with leadership experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in retail or service centers is required or preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, staffing, and cash handling.
• Drive KPIs like NPS, time to serve, and customer conversion.
• Ensure SafeTech certification and quality installs/repairs.
• Maintain vehicle/equipment records and collaborate with marketing for displays.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and warranty issues.
