You and your team will welcome customers, showcase our baby essentials, and coach your staff to deliver memorable service while mastering product features and benefits. This leadership role requires building a strong talent pipeline, directing merchandising and daily operations, and analyzing KPIs to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; develop succession plans by training and developing your team.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment for employees to collaborate and recognize performance to increase employee engagement.
• Grow leaders through providing direction, delegation, and investing in their development.
• Create a genuine customer focus on the sales floor by leading and directing the Leader on Duty program.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Execute merchandising and operations directions; manage payroll and budgets.
• Analyze KPIs and identify behaviors to drive results.
