Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to focus on customer service on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help with product styles and benefits.
• Coach team to meet service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training and developing store staff.
• Plan, track, and report tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Partner with Store Manager on merchandising, promotions, and product placement.
