Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Comfort with computer tools and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; train and develop your team.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
• Grow leaders through direction, delegation, and development.
• Lead and direct the Leader on Duty program on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers and educate them on product styles, features, and benefits.

• Execute merchandising and store operations; manage payroll and budgets.
• Analyze KPIs and identify behaviors to drive results.
• Lead omnichannel integration with trained staff and tools.
