You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure strong Omni-channel customer experience while maintaining a welcoming store environment and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Coach store team and address customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Support store team with asset protection and safety controls.
