Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets in line with annual objectives and profitability goals.
• Lead the execution of our customer brand promises at the Ridgefield store.
• Implement shrink and safety programs to meet shrink goals and safety standards.
• Use company tools to set, prioritize and communicate goals; oversee team and customer interactions.
• Hire, train, observe and coach Team Members; manage performance and development plans.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain cross-functional knowledge across departments.
• Ensure store departments are well understood and cross-trained, including Custom Framing.
