• Lead and coach team to deliver selling, brand standards and store operations.
• Drive KPI sales and customer experience through coaching.
• Oversee front-end, service and POS/Self-Checkout operations.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards and promote MCC/Extend services.
• Coordinate Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experiences.
• Ensure BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
