Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Utah location. You will oversee opening/closing, scheduling, inventory control, and customer service to ensure a memorable experience for customers.

You’ll drive team performance to meet KPIs, coach technicians toward SafeTech standards, and manage safety, compliance, and cash handling. The role requires strong communication, outdoor work readiness, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent OR 5–7 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with incentivizing performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce.
• Comfort working outside in various weather conditions.
• Present a professional appearance and wear PPE.
• Physical requirements: lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs, standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily store operations including opening/closing, work order management, and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs and company goals (NPS, Time to Serve, conversions).
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech certified and receive ongoing coaching.
• Provide guidance on vehicle/equipment maintenance and recordkeeping; collaborate with marketing on displays.
• Deliver world-class customer service and respond to complaints/warranty issues.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
