Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail store operations, drive KPI performance, and coach teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences. You will manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and safety, while ensuring technicians remain SafeTech™ certified and perform quality work.

The role emphasizes strong communication, professional appearance, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent or 5-7 years leadership/supervisory experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce.
• Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment.
• Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs. for short periods, working at elevated heights, remaining on your feet for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the daily store operations including opening/closing, work orders, and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs and goals such as NPS, Time to Serve, and customer conversion.
• Ensure SafeTech™ certification and quality installations/repairs by technicians.
• Provide guidance on vehicle/equipment maintenance and recordkeeping; coordinate with marketing for correct displays.
• Respond to client complaints/warranty issues and maintain world-class customer service.
