Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong team performance. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, cash handling, inventory control, and safety compliance to drive quality service.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and work with leadership to maintain high standards and efficient store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees not required; alternative is 5–7 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication with ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Drive KPI performance (NPS, Time to Serve, conversions) and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech-certified and maintain quality installs/repairs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle maintenance and merchandising; respond to customer issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
