Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Tempe, AZ seeks a Store Manager to drive retail operations at a busy location, leading Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants to fund the Goodwill mission. You will oversee payroll and operating costs, inventory, customer service, and training, while building a high-performing team aligned with Goodwill core values.

Starting pay is $70,000 annually with a monthly bonus potential; requires 2 years retail management, a valid

Formación

• Two years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid drivers' license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to develop strategic plans to drive donations.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
