Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Retail Store in Peoria, AZ. You will oversee operations, drive donations, and manage a team of assistants, production staff, and donation attendants to hit revenue and production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills, plus experience in thrift retail. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Directs store operations and production to meet income targets.
• Leads Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Manages payroll, expenses, inventory, and donor/customer service.
• Ensures training, development, and performance management of staff.
• Coordinates with district leadership on strategic plans.
