Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to drive store operations, production, and donations processing. You will lead the Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants to achieve daily and monthly targets while upholding Goodwill standards.

You will manage payroll and operating costs, collaborate with district leadership, and serve as a community ambassador.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develops retail operations plan to hit income, revenue, and production goals.
• Lead Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Ensure payroll and operating costs stay within budget.
• Deliver excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and reflect Goodwill branding.
