Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Peoria, AZ seeks a Store Manager to drive retail operations, lead a team, and optimize donation processing to fund the Goodwill mission.

You will manage staff across a store, oversee payroll and expenses, and ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers while maintaining the Goodwill brand standards. A monthly performance bonus is available after training.

Qualificações

• Two years of work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve income, revenue, and production goals.
• Directly leads Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs are managed to budget.

Conhecimentos

Two years work experience in Retail Mg

One-year customer service experience

English language proficiency

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
