Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to drive retail operations at a Gilbert location. You will lead the Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants, directing people, inventory, and donor/customer service to support the organization’s mission.

You will oversee payroll, manage operating costs, and collaborate with district leadership to optimize area performance while maintaining Goodwill core values.

Qualifications

• Two years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for operating income, revenue and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to implement strategic plans to drive donations.
• Monitors product levels daily to meet sales budgets and targets.
• Manages payroll and operating costs to stay within budget.
• Ensures excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains clean, well-kept store reflecting the Goodwill brand.
