Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, coach, develop, motivate, and drive results through others.
• Proficient with store technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the in-store experience by modeling, supervising and coaching associates to meet KPI.
• Develop and communicate store strategies aligned to company goals; foster growth.
• Delivers financial plans to drive KPI performance; adjust when necessary.
• Fosters recognition and accountability to meet customer and business needs.
• Resolve customer and associate feedback with urgency.
