Job summary

DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to collaborate with management, elevate the in-store customer experience, and drive sales through merchandising, omni-channel activities, and inventory management.

You will help coach associates, ensure store standards, and support open/close procedures while maintaining policy compliance and assisting in projects to improve service levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving sales through customer service, merchandising and omni-channel activities.
• Partner with store management to execute daily priorities and store priorities.
• Monitor policy compliance and assist in asset protection standards.
• Support inventory-related tasks including receiving, placement, markdowns and MOOS.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and labor deliverables.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding and coaching of associates.
