DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales through strong leadership. You will work with management on priorities, support merchandise placement, and ensure store operations run smoothly from opening to closing.

The role emphasizes KPI achievement, inventory control, schedule management, and staff development while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and meet KPIs in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching staff.
• Maintain store standards and complete daily open/close tasks.
• Review progress and communicate action plans to complete daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Leverage inventory reports to optimize product placement and sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, audits, donations, transfers and damages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding Store Associates.
