Job summary

Responsibilities

• Elevate the in-store experience by modeling, supervising and coaching associates and leaders to hit store goals and KPI.
• Develop and communicate store strategies aligned to the company plan; foster innovation and growth mindset.
• Deliver weekly to quarterly financial plans and adjust to shifts in business as needed.
• Create an environment of recognition and timely feedback.
• Resolve customer and associate feedback with urgency and care.
• Plan and direct merchandise movement responding to trends; advise on inventory needs.
• Oversee retail standards, operations, and labor optimization in the sales floor.
• Build a diverse, capable team and conduct performance reviews.
