Job summary

Deckers Brands – HOKA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment in Texas City. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, deliver an elevated shopping experience, and drive brand awareness and education to customers.

You will oversee inventory, cash, and labor, ensure visual merchandising adherence, and push for strong sales and KPI results while staying adaptable to business needs and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey brand vision to your team and customers.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet goals.
• Fantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the four walls of the store.
• Experience coordinating and hosting regular in-store and local events.
