Job summary

Deckers Brands' HOKA retail team in Texas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, enhance the customer journey, and lead a high-energy team. You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve targets, mentor staff, and ensure brand standards are met across daily operations.

You'll manage scheduling, onboarding, visual merchandising, inventory, and security, while fostering an inclusive, energetic store culture that welcomes every customer into the HOKA community.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own store goals including sales, conversion, NPS.
• Set plans and targets and mentor the team to achieve them.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations: training, scheduling, inventory, cash controls.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training team members.
• Maintain optimal customer experience and promote the HOKA community.
