Deckers Brands’ HOKA store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Texas City, TX, to partner with the Store Manager, develop the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining brand standards. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, and inventory while driving revenue and store performance.

You will mentor staff, train on product knowledge, and stay ahead of industry trends to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience
• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to impart Deckers Brands vision
• Strong project management, organizational, and attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving能力 and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve revenue goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards
• Open/close the store, secure assets, and manage labor scheduling
