Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead for our HOKA brand to drive sales and service excellence in a store environment. You’ll open and close the store, lead the team on duty, and partner with store management to optimize the customer experience and KPIs.

You will stay current on HOKA products, maintain inventory and merchandising standards, and deliver energetic, knowledgeable service. The role emphasizes brand alignment and community engagement while supporting daily operations.

Formación

• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to drive sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication to convey brand vision and values.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Manager on Duty, open/close the store, and lead hourly targets.
• Deliver personalized shopping experiences and educate customers on products.
• Maintain brand standards, inventory, and cash handling accuracy.
• Motivate and coach team, recognize performance, and promote events.
