Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing the store and securing assets.
• Plan and prepare the labor schedule and manage store operations.
• Maintain training standards and motivate the team to meet store goals.
• Respond to customer needs and collaborate with Store Manager on initiatives.
