Job summary

HOKA stores are seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team, uphold brand standards, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and coach staff to meet short and long-term business goals while driving brand education and community engagement in the local market.

Strong leadership and sales focus are essential. You will oversee inventory, cash, labor, and visual merchandising, ensuring operational excellence and strategic execution aligned with Deckers Brands’

Qualifications

Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey brand vision to teams and customers.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing costs for a store of comparable volume.
Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the store walls.
Experience coordinating and hosting regular in-store events.

Responsibilities

Drive brand awareness and education while delivering outstanding service.
Maintain inventory, cash, and labor controls and ensure visual merchandising standards.
Drive sales and KPIs and manage store budget and expenses.
