Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our HOKA location in the United States. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive business results and model the brand values for your team.

You will own day-to-day operations, lead training, scheduling, visual merchandising, and store security while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and brand education. This role requires 2–4 years of retail leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources and services in order to address business goals and needs.
• Fantastic problem‑solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to prioritise and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
• Set targets and motivate team members to achieve goals within each shift.
• Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the business and prioritise programmes that enhance the customer journey.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations: training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, asset security, labour scheduling, inventory and cash controls, and manager on duty when the store manager is absent.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and training team members to drive brand awareness and education plus provide excellent service.
• Maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude and invite customers into the Deckers Brands community through service.
