Job summary

Deckers Brands' HOKA store in Texas City is seeking a Sales Lead who serves as Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store and driving business KPIs through outstanding customer service and team leadership.

You will educate customers about our Brand and products, maintain store standards, handle cash and inventory, and support events and local outreach while upholding the Deckers values.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; act as Manager on Duty during shifts.
• Drive sales, service targets, and store KPIs; motivate team.
• Educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products; ensure accurate product knowledge.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Support events, local outreach, and positive work environment.
