Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or 5–7 years of leadership), 3–5 years in retail/service, a valid driver's license, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 5–7 years leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 3–5 years in retail/service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication with the ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
• Drive KPI targets and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech-certified and delivering quality work.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance on maintenance and displays with marketing coordination.
• Deliver world-class customer service and respond promptly to complaints or warranty issues.
