Job summary

Safelite Group Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Duluth to lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention to ensure a memorable visit for customers.

You will drive performance against KPIs, coach teams, and maintain safety and quality standards. A professional appearance and strong communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent, or 5-7 years leadership experience.
• 3+ years leadership in retail or service environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, staffing and scheduling.
• Drive KPI performance and ensure store goals are met or exceeded.
• Ensure SafeTech certification and quality installs/repairs by technicians.
• Manage product displays and promotional materials with marketing where needed.
• Provide timely responses to customer complaints and warranty issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
