Job summary

The Safelite Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead front-line teams and oversee daily store operations. You will drive customer service excellence, supervise associates, manage cash handling, inventory, and safety, and ensure the store presents a professional appearance.

You will train associates, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations while delivering a memorable customer experience that aligns with Safelite’s standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail or service environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead activities of associates, ensuring high productivity and world-class customer service; provide cross-training for operational stability.
• Provide world-class customer service by responding to complaints/warranty issues and processing losses/repair damages.
• Manage work order assignments and routing of mobile jobs; ensure procedures are followed, vehicles are loaded, and in transit promptly.
• Train associates on installation techniques, vehicle and equipment maintenance, required documentation and internal technology platforms.
• Monitor productivity, inventory and cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other federal, state, and local regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
