Job summary

Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and safe, compliant practices in a fast-paced retail/service environment.

The candidate should have 3+ years of leadership in retail or service centers, automotive experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent communication and a professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent or 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• 3+ years of leadership with incentive-driven performance.
• 3-5 years in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web apps, and office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to influence, persuade and engage a mobile workforce.
• Comfort working outside in varied weather conditions.
• Present a professional appearance and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations: open/close, work orders, CICO, customer service, staffing/scheduling, inventory, cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPI targets and company goals.
• Ensure SafeTech certification and ongoing training for technicians for quality installs/repairs.
• Guide vehicle/equipment maintenance and coordinate with marketing for displays when needed.
• Provide world-class customer service by promptly addressing complaints/warranty issues.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
