Job summary

POP MART in Walt Whitman Mall is seeking a Store Manager to lead every aspect of the business, deliver an exceptional customer experience, develop a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence.

You will own performance, visual presentation, inventory, and daily operations while promoting POP MART’s collectible characters and exclusive products. This role reports to the District/Area Manager and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees and coaching leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Own store financial performance, KPIs, and operational execution.
• Create an engaging, customer-first shopping environment and promote POP MART brands.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, shipments, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate visual merchandising strategies and seasonal floor sets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support in-store events, pop-up activations, and community engagement initiatives.
• Travel up to 10% as needed for openings, meetings, and training.
