Job summary

Turkey Hill in Harwood Mines, PA is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Managers In Training. You will learn how to manage day-to-day store operations alongside experienced leaders and participate in our bench leadership program to prepare for your own store.

During training, you will rotate through shifts, gain insights into store governance, guest service excellence, and vendor relations, with opportunities for advancement within Cumberland Farms' growing network.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft skills: high energy, guest interaction, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full for 100% in-store availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including coffee and food service areas and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store or District Manager.
