Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking Managers In Training to learn the day-to-day operations of a Turkey Hill convenience store location. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotating shifts to learn about our company, our retail team, our vendors and our guests, while supporting the Store Manager and team in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or food experience.
• Preferred: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety programs in hot food locations.
• Operate the cash register in an efficient manner.
• Support the Store Manager and other duties as assigned.
