Job summary

Turkey Hill in New Albany, OH is seeking a Managers In Training to learn how to run a Turkey Hill convenience store from seasoned leaders. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager while learning store operations, guest service, and team development.

This role supports the Store Manager and team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, with progression opportunities as Cumberland Farms expands its footprint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership preferred.
• ServSafe/food safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team.
• Train, schedule, coach, and set clear team goals.
• Monitor stock levels and keep product shelves in stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety where applicable.
• Maintain clean store appearance both inside and outside.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support other duties as needed.
