Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking dynamic Managers In Training to develop into Store Leaders. You’ll train with seasoned managers, rotate through shifts, and learn day-to-day operations of a Turkey Hill location, from guest service to inventory and food safety.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Leadership experience in a team setting preferred.
• Comfortable with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching the team; set clear, measurable goals.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support Store Manager in food service operations and other duties as assigned.
