Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a dynamic Managers In Training to learn day-to-day operations and lead store teams. You will support the Store Manager, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining stock, cleanliness, and safety standards.

You will participate in a structured training program, work various shifts, and rotate through locations to gain broad retail leadership experience within our Cumberland Farms family.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock 100% in‑stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Maintain the store’s interior and exterior appearance; ensure coffee station, food area, and bathrooms are clean.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support Store Manager or District Manager with duties as assigned.
