Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leader to grow into a Store Manager role. You will participate in a structured training program alongside seasoned leaders, learning to manage day-to-day operations, teams, vendors, and guest experiences.

Expect to rotate shifts, participate in a comprehensive training process, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service across our stores. Prior retail or food service leadership is a plus, with growth opportunities across nearly 1500

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members; high energy; ability to move between tasks quickly; team oriented; computer skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching; set clear goals and communicate effectively.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor; ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where hot food is offered.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance; supervise coffee station and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager in food-service locations with guidelines and safety programs; perform other duties as assigned.
