Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Managers In Training/Store Leader. You will work with the Store Manager to develop a strong store team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain store standards across product availability, cleanliness, and safety.

Expect to rotate through shifts, learn from Training Managers, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience. Previous retail or food service leadership is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; leadership potential in retail or food service.
• 1 year retail or food experience minimum; leadership exposure preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and help build a strong store team.
• Support Store Manager with training, scheduling, coaching, and setting goals.
• Maintain in-stock levels and ensure clean, safe, and well-merchandised stores.
• Oversee food service quality, safety, and store cleanliness.
• Operate cash register efficiently and assist with deposits if needed.
