Turkey Hill Minit Markets in Hazleton, PA is seeking a high-energy retail leader for the Managers In Training program. You will learn store operations, guest service standards, and leadership skills by working with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager across shifts.

After training, you join the bench leadership and may advance within Cumberland Farms' network of nearly 1500 locations, with growth opportunities, a structured training path, and a focus on delivering an exceptional guest

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Oversee product levels on the sales floor, ensuring 100% in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs for locations with hot food.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Maintain a clean store and assist with tasks to support overall appearance and operations.
