Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused Manager In Training to join our retail leadership team. You will learn to manage day-to-day store operations, with guidance from experienced leaders, while developing skills in training, scheduling, and guest service.

The role emphasizes building strong teams, maintaining product levels, and ensuring quality across merchandising and food service. A fast-paced environment and weekend hours are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or food experience.
• Leadership experience in retail, guest service, or restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and coaching a strong store team, including training and scheduling.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain clean store and coffee/food service areas, delegating tasks as needed.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support food service operations and other duties as assigned.
