Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking motivated individuals for a Managers In Training program in our Ohio stores. You will learn to support the Store Manager and mentor team members while gaining hands-on experience across daily operations, guest service, and merchandising.

During training, you’ll work with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, rotating shifts to learn our processes, products, and guest experience standards. This role offers growth into bench leadership within Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Strong customer service and team leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep shelves stocked for 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety where applicable.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support food service operations and safety guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
