Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets in Lancaster County, PA seeks a high-energy Manager In Training to learn the day-to-day responsibilities of running a Turkey Hill convenience store and to support the Store Manager and team in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience.

You’ll be part of a structured training program with supervisors, rotating shifts, and exposure to store operations, vendors, and guest services, with opportunities for bench leadership within Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Leadership experience in retail, guest service or restaurant management.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock and maintain 100% in-stock levels.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; ensure coffee and food service areas are clean.
