Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program blends virtual and hands-on learning over 16 weeks, guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach, preparing you to lead a CVS store.

You will engage in structured experiences, support the leadership team, and learn how to drive sales, customer care, and merchandising while upholding CVS values and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a four-year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Retail leadership experience or CVS supervision experience is valuable.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
