CVS Health Corporation is launching the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program to develop future store leaders. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from district leaders and store managers.

Participants learn customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management while preparing for a CVS Store Manager role in the designated market. Full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package and paid hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Retail or CVS supervision experience is a plus.
• Willingness to develop into a Store Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leaders in learning experiences to support promotion.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead per CVS values.
• Engage colleagues in supporting the company's purpose of helping people toward better health.
