Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leadership to support progression during the program.
• Support the store as a management team member and uphold CVS values.
• Lead colleagues in delivering the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Willingness to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
• Potential transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores in the market as needed.
• Maintain a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
