This development-focused program prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through 16 weeks of self-paced and collaborative training, with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences and support from your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

We look for strong verbal and written communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management.
