Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in the United States. This development-focused program prepares you for a CVS Store Manager role through 16 weeks of self-paced and collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will work with a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to grow into leadership while remaining in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
