CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a Store Manager through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training program. Virtual and hands-on learning will prepare you to lead, with support from a District Leader, HRBP, and Store Manager coach.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service excellence, and effective merchandising and inventory management, with ongoing growth into store leadership.
